I am feeling more empowered, confident, and energized after being mentored by Jule Aguirre!  I asked Jule if I could set a meeting up with her as I am preparing for an Intro To Nia workshop that I will be leading. I led one I try To Nia Workshop last year, without being mentored beforehand. I didn’t quite feel confident about the material. I was also in need of Jule’s feedback and advice about a variety of things for the workshop. Jule was my Nia White Belt Trainer, my Nia Moving To Heal Trainer, is currently my Nia teacher, my colleague (proud to call her this!), and, last but not least, my friend. Jule is my source, my “go to” person for all things related to Nia. Prior to meeting, Jule made recommendations of what to think about prior to our meeting. This really helped me to prepare. I was inspired to think about the workshop before hand and I was well prepared for our meeting . During our session, Jule listened intently as I spoke or asked questions. Jule always replied with wonderful responses, suggestions and ideas! I left our meeting feeling in control, like I had a good grasp, and a plan! Since our meeting I have accomplished so much! I now feel confident about what I am presenting to the attendees of The Intro To Nia Workshop! I highly recommend Jule as a mentor. Jule will assist you in advancing your Nia practice AND she will inspire and empower you! I am very grateful for Jule Aguirre!
